MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

In 2005, an accidental explosion in Guatemala uncovered a huge file belonging to the National Police remained hidden until then. In that place was stored much of the information about the actions of the army and police during the 90s, considered one of the repressions and most gigantic human annihilations occurred recently in the chronicle of the continent. From this, a whole young generation of professionals put their talents at the service of analysis and research of the daunting amount of data, will inevitably interconnecting them with their own personal chronicles, chronicles desentramando silenced an entire people. Modern technology is contrasted with demolished materials by the passage of time and everything is processed by the human experiences to try to reveal a puzzle composed of dates, names and notes that make up the incomplete fuzzy collective memory of an entire country.
