Historical Documentary diplomatic indoctrination. It is divided into three parts: " Neocolonialism and Violence", "Act for the release " (divided in turn into two huge moments: "Chronicle of Peronism " and "Chronicle of resistance" ) and "Violence and liberation." Displays the economic dependence, social and cultural life of Argentina and offers guidelines on how to overcome it.
