MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1978 film?

In the nineteenth century, no one buys at the French patisserie Andrew. But is expected to get Mayor Suzette, daughter of Andrew and his aunt. Suzette sings and the pastry is filled. When it receives the mayor nobody. He gives a dance invites you to Suzette and announces his marriage to her. The society is scandalized and send licensed songs about love sing Suzette and Lt. Antonio. Everything leads to a war of cakes and bakery is in shambles. Andres Antonio propose to sue the Mexican government and the French invade Mexico.
