MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

Gabor a knife thrower, he saves the life of Adele when he was about to jump off one of the bridges of the Seine. Adèle has always been an unhappy lady. Gabor is a little liar, albeit in the background has a good heart. Finally, the two move in together, however Adèle has a conflict: a mentally unstable person who soon tires of it.
