MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

Loco Fever appears to be gold, but the object of this fever is not a mineral, but a modest mollusk called " El Loco", like an oyster, renowned for its aphrodisiac properties, and reaches a high price in market. This mad rush "religiously " occurs for a few days when Chilean authorities released the ban on mining for these delicacies threatened with extinction, but later highly desired by Japanese gourmets. When the season starts capturing the crazy, the people of the southern coast of Chile live a true fever.
