MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2012 film?

Joseph is a humble, has forty years and is a public employee has not done much with his life but knowing how to be the top scorer of United Youth Amateur Football Club. Drag a disease that has worsened and kept secret. His life is in a difficult time. His club is about to demote and coach, Caruso, do not have more in mind. His wife, Andrea, have a child asks. His friends Fede and Rossi are sitting next to him on a bench that has frozen in time. Your doctor has ordered him to stop playing football because his life is at risk. But Joseph decided to take the last game of his club and turn it into a farewell for him and his friends, doing whatever just to play.
