MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1946 film?

It tells the story of a young man of 24 who loses all his money on the roulette table and decides to commit suicide, is interrupted by a mysterious man who invites him to join a suicide club. There, through the letters, is drawn who will die. The hero gets involved in the game and is indicated by the letters. It has only seven days of life, which tries in vain to the police report in their eagerness to disengage the engagement. In his wanderings through the streets of London, he meets a woman who insists on accompanying him. His interest in life now has a new motivation.
