MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

The legend of two girls and their strange relationship with the cold. Ana has a phobia to cold and especially the snow. Her mother has moved south to live near the beach. But the fears do not subside, indeed, get worse. He's scared of clouds and wind. Matthew, a psychiatrist, the unsuccessful undergoes hypnosis sessions.
