MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2012 film?

Michele is an impetuous Grassadonia environmentalist. For more than a year is conducting an experiment in his apartment in Siena live without electricity or running water. One rainy night, forced by his boss to drive a car is involved in a series of confusing and mysterious events that will make you change your mind about the ideal city.
