MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2007 film?

In the night, in the middle of a field of wind turbines, two unemployed computer a human wound out of nowhere. Next to his body, a suitcase full of banknotes: two million euros available without any witnesses. What to do? Call the police or take the opportunity ? ? The next morning in a warehouse a few meters of the accident, police find the body of Mélodie, a blind girl. What if the money was destined to pay the ransom? What if the murderer could identify the two drivers? That night another girl is kidnapped. This time diabetic. Their hours are counted by the lack of medicines. The police began to work against the clock. Along the wily lieutenant Lucie Moreno is a beautiful teen, 26 Brigadier participating in his first case. And curiously, her police colleagues have the feeling that Lucie is not here by chance.
