MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2012 film?

Following capture one of the country's most wanted murderers, Lt. Rudas was rewarded with his transfer to the municipality of San Javier with the specific mission to capture the bandit Alvaro Salcedo, a kind of chronic living in the area.
