MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

This is a chronicle of love mismatched set in the port of Mar del Plata during the Falklands War. Despite adverse weather offshore fisherman escaping out your emotions and lost, reaching a region called La Campana, a mythical place where time stands still. As for himself elapses one afternoon, on earth spend more than twenty years. Upon returning to port, discover that the country is not the same and people have changed.
