MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1988 film?

Law enforcement Peruvian Chuspi take over a small town in the " emergency region ", ridden Shining Path rebel movement. Without the appropriate control strategy or, Vitín Moon and his companions must face an invisible army that seems beyond his strength. Everything changes with the arrival of the officer Ivan Roca, strict discipline and almost brutal in punishment, which is presented as a man able to combat subversion to annihilate.
