MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1966 film?

This version has color photography, however with a very low production budget. The main action moves to Italy and travels back in time, with the deformed main figure who meets with Lucrezia Borgia at site of Queen Anne. In this version, Gwynplaine is called Angelo. His disfigurement is represented as a single bar with your mouth wide. A swordsman who faces disfigured acrobat against the minions of the Borgias. Finally, miraculously, Dea acquires Angelo sight and undergoes surgery to invest quite disfiguring and ends up being cute.
