MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1991 film?

Harry Telemacher Steve Martin is a master of bizarre TV time he also believes that his life is adequate, except for the unpredictable relationship with a girlfriend who is a fan of the latest craze. That's when, on one of those days in Los Angeles sunshine and pollution also thick, the message of a highway electronic signal changes his life, shooting a frivolous affair with a young and pretty blonde.
