MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2016 film?

Koyomi Araragi is an introvert who has no friends and is looking to live in solitude. One night, while walking through the empty streets of the town where he lives is discovered with an eccentricity of which they had heard rumors lately. It's a beautiful wife, but is discovered in disrepair: you are missing all fours and is about to die. Although Araragi wants to escape, can not and ends up offering her life to save the vamp.
