MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2005 film?

Kuma, an adolescent human being Kazak, reconstructs the footsteps of his grandfather who was a former captain eagles trainer in a remote mountainous region. There, in the far west of Mongolia, fulfills his dream of capturing and training for himself his own eagle. Under the tutelage of a master trainer Khairatkhan locally, Kuma learns not only the forms of hunting eagles, but also the customs of his own people. The Kazakhs of Mongolia have been isolated from Western civilization for 70 years after the " Iron Curtain " of Soviet communism. Ironically, their culture is much better preserved than even that of the Kazakhs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The aim of ' Kiran over Mongolia ' is to invent a paper on Mongolian Kazak culture, now that the country has opened up to the world since the fall of communism.
