MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

Umemeto, the owner of a small printing press in Osaka, living in peace with his family until the peace is broken also. Its largest customer, Uwazoko -Ya, has failed, so the unpaid bills to Umemoto remain unfilled. Umemoto rushes to see the president of Uwazoko -Ya, mr. Kourishima, to thereby require payment, but then this ignores their pleas, carrying Umemoto to lose their money plus home. The only person who can help Umemoto is the "mayor " of Shangri -La, a community of homeless people living under the Yodogawa River Bridge.
