MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

Seigo Yoshioka (Kenji Sakaguchi) is a teacher that became mute after a kendo accident. He feels lost after the accident and eventually decides to show again on a tiny area in which their mother was born. The youngsters there in the area quickly name him 'Kikansha Sensei' (instructor Locomotive) after learning he could be mute. The moms and dads in the island are mostly aggressive to Seigo Yoshioka, believing he's not capable of teaching their children. But with Seigo Yoshioka's dedication and kindness, a very good bond develops between the students plus the mute instructor, which then changes the parents' opinions of Seigo Yoshioka. Unexpectedly, tragedy then hits ...
