MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

Beth, a lawyer from Denver, come to the Caribbean to somehow attend the wedding of his sister Megan. But everything takes an unexpected turn when her sister is kidnapped and killed groom a team of modern pirates commanded by sinister Renard. After fleeing, Beth asks a former smuggler alcoholic sailor even help to save his sister before it's too late.
