MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

Last installment of the series of spin- offs of OCT respectable produced by Hong Kong director Johnnie To, Tactical Unit - Partners is a new work from acclaimed director Lau Kwok Cheong back after the episode " No Way Out" of this five-part series.
