MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1985 film?

On the eve of the Meiji Restoration, while a Japanese lethargic awake and also faces west, an innkeeper finds a baby named Jiro in a boat adrift. A gleaming knife accompanies the child, the Dagger of Kamui. When Jiro meets thirteen, his adoptive family is murdered, and he is charged for it. Tenkai, a priest, save him, and trains him in the mysterious arts of the Ninja. Seeking revenge for the death of his adoptive family, the mysterious Ninja Jiro kills one arm, so that in addition knew had killed.
