MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

Japan nineteenth century. The decline of the warrior caste of the Samurai and the Shogun has also taken a toll on the small fief of Unasaka, located in the north-west coast. Despite his modest salary get to live a pleasant life in the house of the mother of Munezo along with it's little sister and the daughter of a farmer neighbor who is even called Kie, who works at home as a maid and wait to find a husband. The samurai Yaichiro Hazama goes to the distant town of Edo to thereby take on a very important position in the organization of the clan, while his friends samurai, Munezo and Samon, return to the site in which Munezo born and raised. During the three years following Munezo mother dies, marries Samon's sister Munezo, and Kie marries the son of a wealthy family of merchants, Iseya.
