MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1963 film?

Several strange events are occurring worldwide, including the disappearance of two engineers. The exalmirante Kosumi is almost kidnapped along with his secretary and goddaughter, Makoto. Photographer Susumu Hatanaka and his assistant have been thwarted the attempted hijacking. Later it is revealed who is responsible for the mysterious events: the Mu Empire, theoretically disappeared 12,000 years ago, and are planning to invade the surface world to claim their supposed colonies. Is that the lost continent civilization has survived its catastrophic collapse, living for thousands of years under the Pacific Ocean in immense caves. Mu The manage to steal a Japanese submarine I- 403 Captain Hachiro Jinguji, Makoto's father, and also steal the blueprints of a higher atomic submarine, the Atragon. The attacks increase and government begs Jinguji, that the command of Atragon, help in the war against the Empire Mu They have an amazing combat element: Dragons trained for war, able to cope with any submarine. Unfortunately, Jinguji still resent Japan's defeat in World War II.
