MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2010 film?

1961. A father and daughter try to reconnect in Berlin after seventeen when fate had separated during World War II. The father is Lithuanian and daughter, an immigrant who lives in the US .. Whether there is a period of thaw in the Soviet Union and that the wall has not yet been built in Berlin, the Cold War approaches its culmination. As soon as the father arrives in Berlin, undercover KGB employees begin to care for him. They try to lure the child to come to this. However, in the atmosphere of the city distrust that has affected it is filtered, and is afraid to cross the border of West Berlin. To help others to escape any possible capture of the KGB, father and daughter are willing to waive the meeting who have been craving for so long ...
