MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

Family drama based on World War II, located in Tokyo in 1940. Nogami family have a peaceful life despite what happened lately, however suddenly the householder, Shigeru, is accused of being a communist and was arrested for it. His wife frantically works day and night to feed her two daughters with the support of Hisako, Shigeru's sister. World War throws fateful horrible news, but Kayo still guards one last hope that her husband again someday.
