MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1991 film?

Flipper Purify, a teenage black architect, starts dating his secretary, a white girl of Italian origin who has to care for her father. Fliper also have to cater to his brother, a drug addict. They decide to confess to their families who have a crush: Flipper's wife kicks him out of home and forbidden to see her daughter.
