MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2005 film?

Sonja, as soon as a popular Serbian actress settled in Slovenia is on a brief visit to Belgrade. She panics claiming that her child Sofia was kidnapped, then disappears. Inspector Despotovic is assigned on instance and when he discovers Sonja, she admits that she made everything up, that she never really had a kid, therefore there was clearly no kidnapping. But a Secret provider veteran draws near Despotovic and tells him your story about kidnapping holds true. It is extremely categorized information. The father associated with youngster is Foreign Affairs Minister. Alternatively, Minister claims that the Secret Service has made everything up attempting to compromise him. Despotovic is puzzled... that is lying? Who is telling the reality? Who is insane? Who's planning to die?
