MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1993 film?

Josh and Sam are two brothers facing a big change in their lives when their mother is about to marry a French accountant and the kids are sent to his father in Florida. Meanwhile, the eldest, Josh, Sam tries to convince that he is really a " SAM ", a kind of elite corps that will be Sent to Africa to fight in a war, so they have to go to Florida to be a safe area for any " SAM ".
