MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1966 film?

René a street urchin, is coerced by the threat of the workhouse by the head of a gang of criminals, Frank, who wants to force the boy to remain in their society. One day, Rene met Anita, a young aristocrat who tried to steal Frank.
