MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

Cinematográgica The piece tells a bittersweet chronicle two friends in elementary school. More marked as troublemakers huge school, the two friends, " liar # 2" and " liar # 1", are inseparable.
