MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1986 film?

Rugby, stuffed tiger gave him Jamie, the girl's home, Christmas past, believes that this year will also be the surprise gift from Jamie, but have forgotten to wrap and put under the tree. Rugby then decides to get himself under the tree.
