MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1978 film?

The body of a young owner of a bar, is found with a knife. The judge, the prosecutor and the defender also entangled in an intense legal battle. A few days later another youth was arrested as a suspect. According to witnesses are passing points are clarified instantly shady past crime and the victim.
