MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1994 film?

The mean streets of Houston are the setting in which several young men seeking escape poverty. Broken families, crime, unemployment and drug problems are some of the daily realities faced by teens. One of those guys is Jason, haunted by the memory of his dead father and the long shadow of the violent behavior of his brother. However, a ray of hope appears before it opened when he meets Lyric.
