MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

Paul Sterni, a modest insurance agent, leads a precarious life and unremarkable. To make ends meet, Mr. Cannon esteem, making him believe that his luxury car collection is assured. When the car stolen and wrecked half appears later, Paul will have to pay the cost of the repair or go to jail. The only way out is his cousin Leon, who has inherited more than 150,000 euros, however, that for thirty years, living under the influence of acid and worship Janis Joplin and John Lennon. Paul manages to convince Leon that Janis and John have returned. To embody the two idols, has his wife and an unemployed actor.
