MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2012 film?

The bandit Sanya, his drunken fellow musician Oleg, his girlfriend, and his elderly father are inlaid into a black Jeep in the - improbable - search " bell of happiness" which, it is rumored, is next to an abandoned nuclear plant between San Petersburg and Uglic.
