MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1984 film?

The piece is cinematográgica Simon, a teenager who is bullied at school by peers and adults alike. Simon's parents have been kidnapped in Africa, and the government has not responded to the ultimatum set by the kidnappers. So during a school trip to the local airport, Simon and his comrade Elodie are cast in a commercial airliner and fly to Rovaniemi to visit Santa in Lapland, and ask parents to protect Simon. Along the way, they meet a fairy and an ogre.
