MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

Japan, late twenties. No matter how many chains or locks deprive him of freedom, because it always ends up coming out of his cell. Masayuki Suzuki is a prisoner in constant flight: every time even is incarcerated, manages to escape. But the King of evasion, as he has been nicknamed the population never get to spend much time on the other side of the bars. One of his jailers, intrigued by the personality of Suzuki disturbing, trying to decipher the drive that leads to imprisonment and also left back to escape.
