MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1993 film?

Iria is a young bounty hunter who saves the life of a scientist working in the " Zeiram project ". Zeiram is a monster that is terrorizing neighboring planets and abducting its people to extract their energy in order to clone them.
