MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1992 film?

Through the eyes of a child we are told the legend of his teacher from moving to a small town of Naples. At first the children dislike because of their excess weight and because they were forced to go to school and work hard. They think they do not have much time to waste going to school, and complain that the teacher who continually complain how dirty everything is and what it was unfriendly worldwide. He had been stationed there by mistake and continually tried to go elsewhere. But soon, children start to have fun in class and realize they were learning while they laughed. When the teacher is forced to move to another school, students have taken much affection do not want to leave, so they try to meet to develop a plan to prevent this from happening.
