MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

Set in Japan today, " 10 Promises to my Dog " tells the story of Akari, a girl of 14 years and a puppy that is in your yard. As the dog has white markings on their feet, socks Akari flame. Akari's mother agrees that Socks is part of the family with the only condition that Akari meets "The 10 Promises " - the 10 commandments to be followed by owning a dog.
