MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

When things seemed to be quiet in Riverton, everything is complicated again: Inspector Gadget is tested again. The evil Claw has escaped from prison and is preparing the murder of the century. But the mayor has a new agent to arrest: A spectacular woman robot equipped with the latest technology. Inspector Gadget and his new partner will face all kinds of dangerous and chaotic situations to try to rescue the world. Only have the help of Gadget's niece, the dog Sultan and of course the Gadgetomóvil. This is a sequel of Inspector Gadget (1999), but it was produced and filmed before.
