MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

Philippines, early twentieth century. The war begins and announces the arrival of American troops. A mother and son decide to flee to the mountains to make their lives safe. One day, in the woods, the son finds the recumbent body of a woman who has been raped, and decides to take her home. The years pass. The baby is a man and a woman and her son live in isolation, away from the chaos in the country. But a sudden storm overturns their lives while American troops are coming.
