MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

Film - documentary about a failed shooting a film piece on the enigma of Loch Ness that would direct the famous filmmaker Werner Herzog, and had to be suspended for a multitude of problems. In the summer of 2003, Herzog came to Loch Ness with the intention of directing a documentary about the myth of the supposed prehistoric creature that lives under its waters. His title would be " Enigma of Loch Ness ". Meanwhile, John Bailey was following Herzog to direct a documentary about his life, his career ? ? and its legend. What happened there was a sum of adventures and disasters of such magnitude that ultimately neither project came to fruition. After the cataclysm, the producer of " Enigma of Loch Ness ", Zak Penn decided to collect all material available on what happened and direct himself a new documentary, "Incident at Loch Ness ".
