MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1952 film?

Kiyoko and her family live in the central district of Tokyo. He is 23 years old, is cobradora bus, but yearns to something more in life. Their model is Katsuura, a tenant who lives at home and reading, looking and listening to his own records. Tired of the constant quarrels of their families for economic reasons, he moved to the suburbs and rent a room to an elderly widow.
