MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

The murderer hired Eric O'Byrne is sent to Miami to kill Lance Houston, a specialist on the set of dangerous actions in retaliation for a tragic accident on a film set that killed the nephew of a powerful scumbag associated with the eccentric and feared drug lord Draven. Eric's mission is to earn the trust of Lance, infiltrate your environment and wait for the appropriate moment. But the situation is complicated when he seizes a feeling unknown: pity for his victim.
