MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

Dave Robicheaux, a detective in the state of Louisiana, on the trail of a serial murderer responsible for the deaths of several young women. After the brutal murder of the last victim, Robicheaux is shifted to the crime scene. They coincide with the movie star Elrod T. Sykes, who happened to discover rolling on the scene. Elrod confesses he has seen the body of a black man floating in the middle of the swamp. This finding brings to his memory painful memories of a previous case, which leads him to suspect that the two cases are somehow related.
