MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

Dan Foreman is 51 years old and life is good as a team. The veteran advertising sales manager of the weekly Sports America just celebrated the best year of the magazine, thanks largely to the warm, honest and friendly way to deal with Dan and the team spirit of the department he heads. Even the news of the unexpected pregnancy of his wife and the admission of his eldest daughter, Alex, in the exclusive NYU make Dan happy, despite leaving you slightly worried about family finances, however, as always has done, will manage. Carter Duryea is 26 and thinks his life is formidable, for the most part. The teen prodigy has progressed strongly in the multinational Globecom. Managers even know him by name. Carter is being prepared for the next rung on the corporate ladder: selling advertising direct one of the major publications recently acquired by Globecom in her last operation, the magazine Sports America. Despor fortune to Carter, his rise coincides with the end of his seven months of marriage and has no one, except a fish, to share his happiness. But he knows he is on the right track and will manage.
