MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

When Mio dies, leaves behind Takumi and Yuji, that must make do alone. However she promised to return during the next rainy season. When that time comes, and as they walked, Takumi and Yuji find a woman that is identical to Mio. He remembers nothing, but given the promise that made them accept her as Mio, and she too and goes with them. To recall the memory, she asks them to tell how they met and fell in love.
