MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1968 film?

Sir Oliver Ramsey died in a plane crash. Your body is shattered, however not discovered your scorpion -shaped ring. During his funeral, a laugh that seems to come from coffin resonates throughout the church. Peggy Ward, one journalist present, begins to report on the "corpse laughing ". Little later found the body of Merryl, Ramsey's attorney, who has been killed scorpion venom injecting. According to witnesses, the author is a sinister figure dressed in black, whose face is covered by a skull. Sir Cecil, the brother of Sir Oliver, believes that it has returned from the grave in a " zombie", in order to kill him. Inspector Higgins and young journalist investigating the case, open the tomb of Sir Oliver. When you do get a nasty surprise.
